Army Community Services (ACS) connects military and civilian personnel to resources and programs within the Rock Island Arsenal community such as financial assistance, counseling, RESUMIX/KSA classes, military family programs, and much more. These services are available to military, retirees, civilian employees and their immediate families.

United Way’s 2-1-1 connects individuals and families to services in our community that can meet their needs. These services include counseling, services for senior citizens, food pantry information, rent/utility assistance, and many more health and human service needs.
